Job summary

Arrow Electronics seeks a Business Process Manager to align business objectives with IT solutions. You will own Salesforce backlogs, define roadmaps, and translate requirements into scalable epics and stories. Collaborate with architecture, data, and security teams to ensure enterprise-grade solutions.

You will guide sprint planning, stakeholder reviews, and UAT, driving automation and process improvements across ArrowSphere, ERP, and related systems.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Product Ownership (Agile/Scrum) and ECS business processes.
• Advanced Salesforce Administration knowledge and platform experience.
• 5+ years supporting Salesforce platforms; 3+ years as Product Owner/Business Process Manager.
• Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with platform integrations and driving automation initiatives.
• Ability to prioritize, design, and validate solutions across enterprise architecture.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs.
• Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
• Translate business requirements into epics, features, and user stories.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, and reviews.
• Drive adoption of platform capabilities and automation opportunities.
• Manage platform support, releases, and user adoption across Salesforce.
• Lead requirements gathering, solution design, and UAT for medium to large initiatives.
