Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to bridge business goals with Salesforce-based solutions across the organization. You will own Salesforce backlogs, gather requirements, and translate them into epics, features, and user stories, while steering sprint ceremonies and stakeholder reviews.

You’ll also administer Salesforce environments and drive platform enhancements for better customer, partner, and employee experiences.

Formación

• Requires 5+ years experience supporting Salesforce platforms.
• Experience as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Business Process Manager is preferred.
• Experience with platform integrations and enterprise-scale solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
• Provide day-to-day administration of Salesforce environments.
• Design, configure, and support declarative Salesforce solutions including Flows, Validation Rules, and Reports.
