Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to align Salesforce product strategy with business objectives. You will own backlogs, define roadmaps, and collaborate with IT, Salesforce developers, and leadership to deliver scalable solutions that drive process improvements and better customer, partner, and employee experiences.

The role combines product ownership, business process management, and Salesforce administration, requiring strong requirements gathering, UAT, and deployment

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience supporting Salesforce platforms.
• 3+ years as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Business Process Manager.
• Experience with platform integrations.
• Typically requires 5-7 years of related experience with a 4-year degree; or 3 years and an advanced degree.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize Salesforce product backlogs.
• Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
• Translate business requirements into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
• Support Salesforce integrations with ArrowSphere, Power BI, ERP, and other business applications.
• Lead end-to-end process design, validation, and UAT for medium to large-scale initiatives.
