Job summary
Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to own Salesforce product backlogs, translate requirements into epics and user stories, and lead sprint ceremonies. You will collaborate with IT, architects, and business leaders to drive automation, adoption of platform capabilities, and end-to-end process improvements across ArrowSphere, Power BI, ERP, and related systems.
Fully remote with travel to Arrow offices as needed, requires 5+ years Salesforce experience and CSPO/ADM-201
Qualifications
- Experience in Salesforce administration and data modeling for reports and dashboards.
- Proven experience as Product Owner or Business Process Manager.
- Experience with platform integrations (Power BI, ERP) and Salesforce ecosystems.
Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs.
- Gather requirements and translate into epics, features, user stories.
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
- Lead UAT planning and execution, and post-deployment support for medium to large-scale initiatives.
- Provide system administration support of Salesforce environments and design declarative solutions.
