Responsibilities

Own SFMC strategy and roadmap with cross-functional teams.
Translate strategies into prioritized SFMC capabilities and solution recommendations.
Improve targeting, segmentation, personalization, journey orchestration, and triggered communications through SFMC.
Define SFMC's future role within the marketing ecosystem.
Evolve SFMC templates and reusable components to speed production.
Partner with IT and data teams on integration decisions.
