Job summary

ListEngage, LLC is seeking a SFMC Solution Architect specializing in Marketing Cloud Engagement. The role collaborates with clients and internal teams to configure solutions, gather requirements, perform testing, and support go-live activities in a 100% remote setting.

This position values problem-solving, direct client interaction, and learning new Salesforce technologies within a fast-paced consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in Salesforce administration, implementation, consulting, or related technical role.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud or Marketing Cloud preferred.
• Salesforce certifications a plus or ability to obtain within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Salesforce implementation projects of varying size and complexity.
• Gather and document business requirements via discovery sessions and client meetings.
• Configure Salesforce solutions based on requirements and best practices.
• Assist with data migration, validation, and system testing.
• Deliver client demonstrations and end-user training sessions.
• Support go-live activities and post-implementation issues.
