Job summary

Focus Partners is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Technical Architect to lead architecture and development for an enterprise Marketing Cloud ecosystem, including Financial Services Cloud and Data 360. You will partner with CRM and Digital Marketing to design automation capabilities for client acquisition, communications, and lifecycle.

The role focuses on building scalable, compliant, and high-performance marketing solutions, with a roadmap to expand MC across channels and business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• 7–10 years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience including architecture and integrations.
• Experience administering multiple Marketing Cloud business units and multi-org setups.
• Proven track record leading MC implementations and migrations across units.
• Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, SSJS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JSON, and API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, architecture, and administration for the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem to drive marketing and business impact.
• Establish standards, best practices, and development guidelines for scalability, security, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Client Development, and stakeholders to design solutions for acquisition, nurturing, automation, and personalization.
• Translate business goals into scalable designs, artifacts, and LOE estimates.
• Provide technical leadership for CloudPages, landing pages, and multi-step web forms.
