Talantir is seeking a Technical Digital Marketing Manager to architect and hands-on build the Salesforce marketing ecosystem. You will connect marketing activity to sales results through advanced automation and closed-loop attribution.

The role emphasizes ownership of SFMC, Pardot, Einstein scoring, GA4 integration, and CRM data flows in a B2B environment. A remote-friendly setting with occasional travel supports product launches and cross-team alignment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of digital marketing experience with hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud / Pardot.
• Einstein Lead Scoring and Behavioral Scoring experience.
• Strong track record in building closed-loop attribution models.

Responsibilities

• Own and configure the Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Account Engagement/Pardot).
• Establish closed-loop reporting between CRM and marketing platforms to track pipeline impact.
• Manage website as lead-gen hub with full SF integration and GA4 tracking.
• Oversee technical SEO, schema, and AI discoverability.
• Partner with Sales Ops to standardize lead capture workflows and accelerate revenue.
