Qualifications

• 2+ years' minimum experience on the Salesforce platform.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Pre-sales scoping and support for a Solution Architect.
• Document business, functional and technical requirements for SOWs.
• Capture business needs with stakeholders and outline requirements.
• Help scope work with SA/SC oversight to meet business needs.
• Assist in architecture design and implementation planning.
• Create Solution Design Documentation: user stories, ER diagrams, flows.
• Build solutions using declarative Salesforce functionality per Crowe standards.
• QA delivered work, prepare change sets, and document for clients.
• Co-lead smaller projects end-to-end with oversight as experience grows.
