Job summary

Vibrant is seeking a CRM Lead Engineer to drive hands-on Salesforce CRM platform engineering and lead the engineers supporting the platform. You will be accountable for technical execution, quality, team development, and platform reliability, while remaining technically active.

You will partner with the Salesforce Solution Architect, CRM Delivery Manager, Product, QA, Data, Security, and DevSecOps to ensure robust, scalable implementations and secure operations across the CRM landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of Salesforce/CRM engineering experience.
• Hands-on leadership with CRM engineers, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Expertise in Salesforce configuration, development, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on configuration, development, testing, and optimization of Salesforce CRM.
• Mentor engineers, enforce coding standards, and perform reviews of Apex & LWC.
• Coordinate technical delivery with vendors and systems integrators.
