Jobgether is seeking a CRM Lead Engineer in the United States to provide hands-on technical leadership for our enterprise Salesforce CRM platform. You will lead a team of CRM Engineers, set engineering standards, and ensure platform reliability while collaborating with architecture, product, security, data and DevSecOps teams to deliver scalable CRM solutions.

You will guide design, implementation, and optimization of complex Salesforce configurations, APIs, migrations, and integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in Salesforce/CRM engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years of demonstrated technical leadership or people management.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; II and related certifications preferred.
• Hands-on experience developing, configuring, administering, maintaining, and optimizing Salesforce platforms in enterprise environments.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor CRM Engineers, provide technical guidance and career development support.
• Oversee hands-on Salesforce development, configuration, testing, and platform optimization.
• Lead technical discovery and solution planning before sprint commitments; identify risks and dependencies.
• Translate requirements and architecture into feasible technical tasks with clear development plans.
• Establish coding standards and best practices across Apex, LWCs, integrations, and automation.
• Coordinate with vendors and integrators to ensure high engineering quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with DevSecOps on CI/CD, security scanning, deployment, and environment management.
• Partner with solution architects on complex decisions involving integrations and security.
