Job summary

Vibrant Emotional Health in the United States is seeking a CRM Lead Engineer to provide hands-on leadership for the Salesforce CRM platform. You will supervise a team of CRM Engineers, drive technical direction, and ensure reliable platform delivery.

The role requires deep Salesforce expertise, strong mentorship, and collaboration with architects, product, QA, security, and operations. Remote work with standard ET schedules is offered, with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in Salesforce/CRM roles.
2+ years of technical leadership or people management.
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required.
Salesforce Platform Developer II certification strongly preferred.
Experience with large Salesforce implementations and integrations.
Ability to coach engineers while staying hands-on.

Responsibilities

Manage CRM Engineers, including coaching and career development.
Lead hands-on configuration, development, testing, and optimization of the Salesforce CRM platform.
Translate product requirements into feasible development work.
Lead code reviews and enforce engineering standards.
Coordinate with vendors and system integrators for delivery.
Partner with DevSecOps on CI/CD, security, and deployments.
Ensure platform health, manage technical debt, and readiness for releases.
