Job summary

ACN Inc. in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Lead Salesforce Platform Engineer to own and evolve the Salesforce estate. You will design scalable solutions, guide implementation, and maintain platform health while collaborating with analysts, management, and IT leadership.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of Salesforce engineering, deep Apex/LWC expertise, and a proven track record in complex integrations, security, and release management.

Qualifications

8+ years of progressive Salesforce engineering experience.
Hands-on expertise with Apex, LWC, Flow, SOQL/SOSL, and platform events.
Broad Salesforce platform knowledge beyond custom development, incl. security and data architecture.
Strong integration experience with REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise systems.
Experience with Git-based development, CI/CD, automated testing, and code reviews.

Responsibilities

Serve as hands-on technical owner and SME for the Salesforce platform.
Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions and oversee implementation.
Mentor developers and promote modern engineering practices.
Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis across Salesforce and connected systems.
Align Salesforce work with enterprise standards and architecture reviews.
