Elios, Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Consultant to configure, build, and roll out solutions that transform how clients support customers and run field and service teams.

You’ll work with users and an architect on Field Service, Service Cloud, Agentforce, or Data 360 projects, with a focus on outcomes and measurable business results. As a consultant, you’ll lead workshops, configure Service Cloud, and stand up Field Service for existing customers while coordinating with offshore teams to ensure

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce delivery, ideally at a consulting partner.
• Strong configuration skills: Flow, page layouts, security model, and declarative automation.
• Project experience in at least one of Field Service, Service Cloud, Agentforce, or Data 360.
• Exposure to MuleSoft or Informatica integrations is a plus.
• Clear writer and confident in front of client users.
• Salesforce Administrator plus at least one Consultant certification (Service Cloud, Field Service, or Agentforce Specialist) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead requirements workshops and write user stories that hold up through build and testing
• Configure Service Cloud, including Omni-Channel, Chat, Voice, case management, and Knowledge article setup
• Build and tune Field Service for existing Salesforce customers: scheduling policies, work types, service territories, mobile flows
• Stand up Agentforce agents, topics, and actions, and test them against real customer scenarios
• Map data and support integrations across Data 360, MuleSoft, or Informatica alongside integration specialists
• Run UAT, train end users, and support go-live and hypercare
• Coordinate day to day with offshore developers so stories ship on time and match what the client asked for
