Job summary

Elios, Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Consultant to configure, build, and roll out solutions that transform how clients support customers and run field and service teams.

You’ll work with users and an architect on Field Service, Service Cloud, Agentforce, or Data 360 projects, with a focus on outcomes and measurable business results. Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce delivery, ideally at a consulting partner.
• Strong configuration skills: Flow, page layouts, security model, and declarative automation.
• Project experience in at least one of Field Service, Service Cloud, Agentforce, or Data 360.
• Exposure to MuleSoft or Informatica integrations is a plus.
• Clear writer and confident in front of client users.
• Salesforce Administrator plus at least one Consultant certification (Service Cloud, Field Service, or Agentforce Specialist) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements workshops and write user stories that hold up through build and testing
• Configure Service Cloud, including Omni-Channel, Chat, Voice, case management, and Knowledge article setup
• Build and tune Field Service for existing Salesforce customers: scheduling policies, work types, service territories, mobile flows
• Stand up Agentforce agents, topics, and actions, and test them against real customer scenarios
• Map data and support integrations across Data 360, MuleSoft, or Informatica alongside integration specialists
• Run UAT, train end users, and support go-live and hypercare
• Coordinate day to day with offshore developers so stories ship on time and match what the client asked for

About the Role

We're hiring Salesforce Consultants to configure, build, and roll out solutions that change how clients serve their customers and run their field and service teams. You'll work directly with client users and an architect on Field Service, Service Cloud, Agentforce, or data and integration projects, depending on where your experience is deepest.

You'll be part of a specialist Salesforce consultancy serving service-driven enterprises, one that starts every engagement by agreeing on the business result, then works back to the build. Some projects kick off right away, and others are part of a planned expansion, so strong consultants have a clear path to more responsibility.

This role suits someone who asks why a requirement exists before building it.
