Elios, Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant to lead engagements across MCAE and MCN, including journeys, automations, emails, and landing pages.

This fully remote US contract role requires hands-on expertise and ability to manage client conversations with minimal supervision. You will work on enterprise builds as well as SMB quick starts, converting requirements into working configurations and delivering end-to-end results in collaboration with the delivery team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience, with depth in both MCAE and MCN.
• Track record configuring journeys, automations, and marketing assets in a client or consulting setting.
• Comfortable serving as the sole technical resource on SMB engagements and as a strong individual contributor on larger ones.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure Marketing Cloud solutions across MCAE and MCN, including journeys, automations, email, and landing page assets
• Turn client requirements into working platform configuration
• Run SMB engagements end to end, from scoping and requirements through timeline management and delivery
• Handle assigned build work on enterprise accounts while coordinating with the account lead and project manager
• Speak credibly with clients about the platform, tradeoffs, and scope
• Troubleshoot issues and QA work before it gets in front of the client
