Job summary

Elios, Inc. is seeking a Salesforce consultant to configure declarative features for a large federal transformation. You’ll work across architecture, development, testing, and compliance to deliver audit-ready solutions.

You’ll use Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, and Lightning App Builder in a secure Government Cloud environment, collaborating with architects, developers, and analysts to ensure alignment with FedRAMP, FISMA, NIST 800-53 and ATO requirements.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of Salesforce consulting and configuration experience in complex environments.
• Experience configuring Salesforce in government or regulated settings.
• Strong understanding of declarative tools and architecture alignment.
• Familiarity with audit readiness and traceability requirements.
• Active/public trust clearance and U.S. citizenship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure Salesforce declaratives to meet user story requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and analysts across delivery workstreams.
• Ensure configurations align with FedRAMP, FISMA, NIST 800-53, and ATO.
• Perform functional and end-to-end testing and maintain documentation.
