Job summary

Tech Sales Jobs is seeking a Salesforce Consultant to join a dynamic team on client projects across North America. This fully remote position offers exposure to multiple Salesforce clouds including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, and Experience Cloud.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, strong analytical and communication skills in English and French, and Salesforce certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of hands-on Salesforce experience
Strong understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, and Experience Cloud solutions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French
Salesforce certifications are an asset

Responsibilities

Participate in the delivery of consulting engagements for clients across North America.
Analyze business needs, design solutions, and configure and deploy Salesforce functionalities.
Work with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, and Experience Cloud.
Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and end users to ensure project success.
Contribute to change management and user training when required.
