Job summary
Cleft of the Rock, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Sales Representative & Trainer to blend hands-on selling with coaching. Remote/Hybrid role, you’ll meet with clients, present insurance options, and mentor teammates while building a strong book of business.
The position offers draw pay, commissions, and bonuses as an independent contractor, with Monday–Friday scheduling and flexibility to support client needs. Join a collaborative team focused on care and growth.
Qualifications
- Must be licensed in Health & Life or willing to obtain license (reimbursement provided).
- Strong communication and presentation skills for client meetings and trainings.
- Experience in sales or training roles is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Meet with business owners, managers, and employees to present insurance solutions
- Conduct individual and group presentations (small meetings or teams of 50+)
- Build and maintain a book of business
- Guide and support new team members, helping them develop their skills
- Follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and maintain strong client relationships
- Work with management to set achievable goals and support team success
