Job summary

Cleft of the Rock is seeking a Sales Representative & Trainer to present supplemental insurance solutions to business owners and employees while mentoring teammates. You will conduct engaging presentations, build a client book, and support new hires to grow their skills in a collaborative environment.

The position is remote/hybrid with a compensation package including draw pay, commissions, and bonuses as an independent contractor.

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners, managers, and employees to present insurance solutions.

• Guide and support new team members, helping them develop their skills.
• Follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and maintain client relationships.
• Work with management to set achievable goals and support team success.
