Qualifications

• 1+ years of outbound phone sales or call center sales experience.
• Demonstrated history of meeting sales quotas, activity goals, or performance targets.
• Comfort making a high volume of outbound calls and hearing "no" without losing momentum.
• Strong discovery, rapport-building, objection-handling, and closing skills.
• Brings genuine empathy to every call, understanding that many customers are going through difficult personal circumstances.
• Ability to adapt your approach based on customer needs and feedback.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm leads; no cold calling.

Outbound Sales Representative

Full-Time | Fully Remote | $15/hour + uncapped commission | 40 hours weekly within 7 AM-11 PM CST

Minimum Qualifications

• 1+ years of outbound phone sales or call center sales experience

• Commission-based sales experience
• Experience selling to warm or inbound-generated leads
