Pet Meadow is expanding its high-performing sales team with a Veterinary Outreach Manager (Inside Sales – Remote). The role focuses on outbound outreach to veterinary clinics, building relationships, and scheduling meetings for the outside sales team.

You will drive activity, nurture leads, and support growth initiatives while representing the brand at industry events. A CRM background and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High-volume outbound calling and persuasive emailing.
• Proven track record in client engagement and setting appointments.
• Strong relationship-building skills and rapport with clients.
• Experience using a CRM (Zoho CRM is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Drive inside sales outreach to veterinary clinics and book meetings for the outside team.
• Hit daily activity targets across calls, emails, and follow-ups.
• Build early-stage relationships and hand off to outside sales.
• Run targeted emails and drip campaigns to nurture leads.
• Support quarterly growth goals and market expansion with the sales team.
• Represent Pet Meadow at trade shows and events.
• Assist with special sales initiatives as the company scales into new markets.
