Job summary

ABB AG is seeking a Sales Specialist (f/m/d) to lead the German sales department for MNS low-voltage systems. The role focuses on establishing relationships, developing large-scale projects, and managing end-to-end tender processes.

You will work from home, ideally near Berlin, and coordinate with multiple departments and partners. The candidate will have several years of LV switchgear sales experience, fluent English and native German, plus strong CRM/digital communication skills.

Qualifications

• Technical studies or engineering qualification in electrical engineering.
• Several years of experience selling low-voltage switchgear systems.
• Strong customer- and goal-oriented approach with technical interest.
• Proficient with digital communications and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop account plans, campaigns and bids for large-scale projects.
• Present MNS low-voltage switchgear portfolio to customers and at events.
• Negotiate commercial and technical contracts with stakeholders.
• Coordinate national/international projects from tender to award.
• Identify mega-investments (data centers, chip industry, HVDC).
• Travel within Germany and to Poland, Bulgaria and the Czech Republic as needed.
