Job summary

Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Sales Program Advisor to manage inbound and outbound calls, promote Interlock products, and deliver exceptional service nationwide.

This fully remote position offers hourly pay plus uncapped commissions and incentives, with a 40-hour work week and Monday–Sunday schedule. You will identify new sales opportunities, build client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery while upholding our trusted reputation in the

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of sales, customer service, or call center experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication with a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls and promote Interlock products, programs, and services.
• Provide accurate product information, address inquiries, and resolve client concerns.
• Identify new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Build and maintain relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
