Smart Start, Inc. seeks a Sales Program Advisor for a fully remote role, with full-time hours and hourly pay plus uncapped commissions. You will manage incoming/outgoing calls, promote Interlock products, and deliver exceptional service nationwide.

The role emphasizes building client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and collaborating with teams to maintain top-tier service and industry reputation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of relevant sales or call center experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus for compensation.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound and outbound callers with a consultative approach to promote Interlock products and services.
• Provide accurate product information, address inquiries, and resolve client concerns.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and referrals.
• Build and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and uphold the company reputation.
