Job summary

Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Sales Program Advisor to handle inbound and outbound calls, promoting Interlock products and delivering exceptional service to clients nationwide.

This fully remote role offers hourly pay plus uncapped commissions and incentives to reward performance. You will build relationships, identify opportunities, prepare impactful presentations, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 6 months of sales or customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Interlock products, programs, and services to inbound/outbound callers.
• Provide accurate product information and resolve client inquiries promptly.
• Identify new sales opportunities through networking and cold calling.
• Build and maintain relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
