Job summary

Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Sales Program Advisor to manage inbound and outbound calls, sell Interlock products, and provide exceptional service nationwide.

This fully remote role offers hourly pay with uncapped commissions and incentives, plus comprehensive benefits. Responsibilities include handling client inquiries, identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and delivering tailored sales presentations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of sales, customer service, or call center experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication with professional demeanor.
• Bilingual English/Spanish qualifies for additional compensation.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound and outbound callers using a consultative sales approach to promote and sell Interlock products, programs, and services.
• Provide accurate product and service information, address inquiries, and resolve client concerns.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
