Job summary

Deckers Brands, NA UGG, is seeking a Sales Planner to turn sell-through data into strategic insights for growth with retail partners. You’ll partner with Sales and Merchandising to hit revenue, margin, and inventory goals, shaping product assortment through data storytelling.

You will pull weekly sell-through, project trends, and support season planning while collaborating across teams. This role requires strong Excel, Tableau, Power BI, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• BA degree or equivalent planning experience in retail or wholesale domains.
• Experience with retail metrics and data storytelling to drive decisions.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration capability.

Responsibilities

• Pull and analyze sell-through data weekly from SPS/Tableau/Retailer portals.
• Ensure retailers meet sales, margin, and inventory expectations.
• Communicate insights to Sales, Merchandising, and Retailer Partners regularly.
• Identify trends and opportunities, linking data to financial goals.
• Create sell-through projections and advise on item focus.
• Support future season planning with SKU needs and projections.
• Assist with ad-hoc analyses and report style/color performance.
