Deckers Brands in Goleta, CA is seeking a Sales Planner for NA UGG to transform sell-through data into actionable insights. You’ll partner with Sales, Merchandising, and Retailer Partners to drive growth, manage forecasts, and support inventory and profitability goals through data storytelling.

The role requires a BA or equivalent, experience in retail planning, proficiency with Excel, Pivot Tables, Tableau, Power BI, and Power Query, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams with

Qualifications

• BA degree or equivalent experience in a planning role.
• Experience in retail or wholesale planning, analytics, or merchandising.
• Clear and collaborative communicator with cross-functional impact.
• Proficient in Excel, Pivot Tables, Tableau, Power BI and Power Query.
• Ability to read and apply retail metrics and drive actions from analysis.
• Experience influencing cross-functional teams through data storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Pull and analyze sell-through data weekly from portals and reporting tools.
• Ensure retailers meet sales, margin, and inventory expectations.
• Communicate key sell-through insights to Sales, Merchandising, and Retailer Partners.
• Identify trends and opportunities; make data-driven recommendations.
• Create and maintain sell-through projections for key items.
• Collaborate on future season planning with SKU needs and volume projections.
• Assist with ad-hoc analysis and report style/color performance to teams.
