Job summary

Deckers Brands, together with the NA UGG team, is seeking a Sales Planner to transform sell-through data into actionable insights. You will partner with Sales, Merchandising and Retailer Teams to drive growth, optimize inventory, and support profit goals through data storytelling and analytics.

Based in Goleta, CA or remote within approved states, you will analyze weekly sell-through from SPS/Tableau, develop projections for key items, and influence season plans with clear, business-focused

Qualifications

• BA Degree or equivalent experience in a similar planning role.
• Experience in retail or wholesale planning, analytics, or merchandising.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams through data storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Pull and analyze sell-through data weekly from SPS/Tableau/Retailer portals.
• Ensure retailers meet sales, margin, and inventory expectations.
• Communicate key sell-through insights to Sales, Merchandising, and Retailer Partners.
• Identify trends and opportunities, making data-driven recommendations.
• Create and maintain sell-through projections for key items and seasons.
