Job summary

Deckers Brands is seeking a Sales Planner for NA UGG to drive strategic growth by turning sell-through data into actionable insights. You will partner with the Sales team across departments to optimize sales, inventory and profitability.

You’ll pull weekly data from SPS/Tableau, analyze performance by door and color, and present clear recommendations to retailers and internal partners. Remote Goleta-based role with California state residency required.

Qualifications

• BA degree or equivalent in a planning role.
• Experience in retail or wholesale planning, analytics, or merchandising.
• Strong communication and ability to influence cross-functional teams through data storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Pull and analyze sell-through data weekly from SPS/Tableau/Retailer portals and report performance by door.
• Ensure retailers meet sales, margin, and inventory targets to support revenue goals.
• Communicate key insights to Sales, Merchandising and Retailer Partners on a regular cadence.
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities and make data-driven recommendations.
• Create and maintain sell-through projections for key items and inform merchandising.
