Job summary

Deckers Brands in Goleta, CA is seeking a Sales Planner for NA UGG to translate sell-through data into actionable insights, partnering with Sales, Merchandising, and Retailer teams to drive growth. You will pull and analyze weekly sell-through from SPS/Tableau and retailer portals, forecast items, and share insights with Sales, Merchandising and Retailer Partners to inform decisions.

BA or equivalent with retail analytics experience is required.

Qualifications

• BA degree or equivalent experience in a similar planning/ analytics role.
• Experience in retail or wholesale planning, analytics or merchandising.
• Proven ability to collaborate across multi-functional organizations.
• Interest in fashion culture and industry trends.
• Clear and collaborative communicator with strong data storytelling skills.
• Proficient with Excel, Pivot Tables, Tableau, Power BI and Power Query.

Responsibilities

• Pull and analyze sell-through data weekly from SPS/Tableau/Retailer portals, reporting performance from top line to style-color by door.
• Ensure retailers meet sales, margin, and inventory expectations, supporting revenue goals.
• Communicate key sell-through insights and takeaways to Sales, Merchandising, and Retailer Partners on a regular cadence.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities, making data-driven recommendations for financial and strategic product goals.
• Create and maintain sell-through projections for key items and inform future season planning.
