Job summary

Fishwife Tinned Seafood Co. is seeking a meticulous Sales Order Coordinator to own order processing from receipt to invoicing across a multi-node fulfillment network.

You will manage communications with warehouses and retail partners, ensuring timely, compliant delivery across channels, including Amazon and DTC. The role is fully remote in the United States, offering cross-functional collaboration, ongoing process improvements, and opportunities to support special projects within our Operations

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating orders from receipt to invoicing is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with warehouses, retailers, and internal teams.
• Familiarity with EDI, OMS, ERP, and WMS workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales orders from receipt through invoice across channels including Amazon, wholesale, and DTC.
• Validate order attributes such as quantities, pricing, delivery deadlines and terms with Sales.
• Own day-to-day communications with warehouses and retail partners to ensure timely delivery.
