Job summary

UMAEZ LLC is a US-based DTC brand portfolio seeking an Operations professional to prevent unfulfilled and delayed orders across our brands. You will focus on outbound orders and work upstream of the customer support queue.

You will collaborate with 3PLs, warehouses, and logistics teams to track, elevate, and resolve order issues before they become refunds or negative reviews. This role is fully remote and requires independent, proactive work.

Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce operations, order fulfillment, or logistics coordination.
• Strong attention to detail to catch discrepancies and maintain accuracy.
• Reliable follow-up to ensure cases are resolved and not forgotten.
• Comfortable using trackers, spreadsheets, and backend systems daily.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple open issues.

Responsibilities

• Monitor fulfillment and delivery status to ensure on-time shipments.
• Track unfulfilled orders (30–180 days) and drive to resolution.
• Coordinate fixes (reships, refunds, or escalations) with the right teams.
• Escalate issues to appropriate partners with full context and docs.
• Maintain trackers and surface patterns for systemic fixes.
