Job summary

North Coast Seafoods is seeking a Foodservice Customer & Sales Support Coordinator to act as the daytime administrative and customer service hub for the department. You will manage orders, inventory communication, pricing updates, and shipping administration while coordinating across customers, sales, production, shipping, trucking, and logistics.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an order entry, shipping, or logistics role.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
• NAV/Microsoft Dynamics experience is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills; ability to prioritize changing workloads.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple tasks on time.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships across departments.
• Strong customer service skills with a solution-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer and internal inquiries with high-quality service.
• Enter, review, and confirm customer orders daily.
• Serve as daytime contact for order status, product availability, and order support.
• Coordinate with sales, production, shipping, trucking, logistics, and purchasing to meet customer needs.
• Communicate daily inventory availability to the Foodservice Sales Team.
• Prepare and distribute daily inventory reports for Foodservice.
• Process UPS/FedEx shipments and shipping documentation.
• Generate daily batch reports and picking documents for customers.
• Handle daily seafood orders for pickup; maintain accurate records.
• Perform data entry for customer, pricing, inventory, and orders.
• Print picking tickets and run ship confirmations as needed.
• Assist with overnight ship confirmation and order reconciliation.
• Support shipping/logistics by coordinating product and communication across departments.
• Identify order discrepancies and resolve with internal teams.
• Perform routine admin tasks: reporting, filing, system maintenance.
• Maintain adherence to deadlines and service standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
