Job summary

Odyssey Logistics & Technology Corporation is hiring a Sales Manager for Fulfillment Managed Services. This remote-eligible role focuses on landing new logos within FMS, cross-selling Odyssey’s transportation portfolio, and achieving net revenue targets.

The role requires a hunter mentality, strong relationship-building, and consultative selling to design integrated solutions for Sample Management, chemical/specialty warehousing, and e-commerce fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven success selling fulfillment services to new business accounts.
• Experience selling into chemical/specialty warehousing or e-commerce fulfillment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• New logo acquisition across Sample Management, chemical/specialty warehousing, and e-commerce fulfillment.
• Design and execute hunter sales strategies to build a qualified pipeline.
• Lead consultative engagements to understand client needs and craft FMS solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to close.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records and forecast.
