Job summary

Huntress, a remote-first cybersecurity company, is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to help the sales org run smoothly. You will support SDRs, AEs, CAMs, Reseller Reps, and SEs by removing obstacles and guiding cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in sales operations, experience with Salesforce and billing, and strong data discipline. This role offers 100% remote work in the US, with base pay $80k–$90k plus bonus and equity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a related role.
• Experience with Salesforce and billing processes.
• Strong attention to detail and a clear commitment to data integrity.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other reporting tools.
• Clear written and verbal communication; able to manage competing priorities.
• Experience supporting distribution and reseller sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a frontline resource for the sales organization by answering questions, resolving issues, and helping SDRs, AEs, CAMs, Reseller Reps, and SEs stay unblocked.
• Partner with RevOps leadership to identify operational bottlenecks and implement practical solutions.
• Document, maintain, and optimize sales operations workflows so teams can work with greater clarity, efficiency, and consistency.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, implement sales technology enhancements, and reduce manual effort through tools and automation.
• Support monthly financial reconciliation, data auditing, and the accuracy of sales data, reporting, and performance metrics.
• Act as a liaison between Sales, Finance, Legal, GTM Systems, and Engineering to resolve issues and maintain smooth operations.
• Use AI tools such as Claude and Serval for practical research, drafting, analysis, and workflow support while applying sound judgment to the output.
