Job summary

Huntress, a remote-first cybersecurity company, seeks a Senior Sales Operations Business Partner to empower GTM leaders with data-driven decisions. You will translate business goals into KPI reviews, forecasts, and actionable insights that improve pipeline health and seller productivity.

You will partner with sales leaders across direct, channel, and VAR relationships, build durable tools, and leverage AI/automation to streamline analysis, reporting, and sales execution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales operations or revenue operations.
• Experience with enterprise selling motions and direct/channel/VAR relationships.
• Partner with sales leaders and drive cross-functional initiatives to measurable outcomes.
• Knowledge of sales processes, forecasting, CRM hygiene, CPQ, and related levers.
• Proficiency with Salesforce reporting and Excel/Sheets for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Partner with go-to-market leaders to translate goals into performance reviews, KPI analysis, trend reporting, forecast and pipeline insights, and clear recommendations.
• Diagnose performance and operational problems through data, root-cause analysis, stakeholder input, and understanding of how sellers run the business.
• Own high-impact operational initiatives from discovery through solution design, adoption, and measurement of outcomes.
• Improve sales processes, CRM hygiene, CPQ quoting practices, rules of engagement, and assignment models with cross-functional partners.
• Build and maintain reporting, dashboards, and executive-ready insights for visibility and decision-making.
• Evaluate capacity, lead distribution, and book of business coverage to identify productivity and growth opportunities.
• Use AI and automation to create reusable workflows that speed analysis and reduce friction.
