You will build dashboards, analyze sales performance and quota attainment, and develop forecasting models using historical data, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years in Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, or analytics roles.
• Experience with CRM platforms; HubSpot preferred.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets and SQL/BI tool experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize CRM operations, data quality, workflows, and reporting.
• Monitor sales pipelines and support forecasting.
• Build dashboards and analyze sales performance, conversion, and quota attainment.
• Develop forecasting models using historical and predictive data.
