Job summary

Huntress Labs, a remote-first cybersecurity pioneer, is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to optimize the performance of the full sales organization across SDRs, AEs, CAMs, Reseller Reps, and SEs.

You will partner with RevOps and cross-functional teams to streamline processes, ensure data accuracy, and drive efficient workflows. Strong Salesforce and billing experience, plus Excel/Sheets proficiency, are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a related role supporting revenue-generating teams.
• Experience with Salesforce and billing processes.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other reporting tools.
• Clear written and verbal communication; able to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a frontline resource for the sales organization, helping SDRs, AEs, CAMs, Reseller Reps, and SEs stay unblocked.
• Partner with RevOps leadership to identify operational bottlenecks and implement practical solutions.
• Document, maintain, and optimize sales operations workflows for clarity and efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce manual effort through tools and automation.
• Support monthly financial reconciliation, data auditing, and accuracy of sales data and metrics.
• Act as a liaison between Sales, Finance, Legal, GTM Systems, and Engineering to resolve issues.
• Use AI tools such as Claude and Serval for research, drafting, analysis, and workflow support while ensuring accuracy.
