Huntress is a remote-first cybersecurity company seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to support SDRs, AEs, CAMs, Reseller Reps, and SEs. You will streamline workflows, maintain data integrity, and collaborate with RevOps, Finance, Legal, and Engineering to resolve issues.

You will leverage AI tools to improve research, drafting, and operational efficiency while ensuring accuracy and accountability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales operations or related role supporting revenue teams.
• Experience with Salesforce and billing processes.
• Strong attention to detail and data integrity.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
• Clear written and verbal communication with ability to manage priorities.
• Experience supporting distribution and reseller sales teams.
• Experience using AI tools like Claude and Serval for research and drafting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a frontline resource for the sales organization by answering questions and resolving issues to keep SDRs, AEs, CAMs, Reseller Reps, and SEs unblocked.
• Partner with RevOps leadership to identify bottlenecks and implement practical solutions.
• Document, maintain, and optimize sales operations workflows for clarity and efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce manual effort through tools and automation.
• Support monthly financial reconciliation, data auditing, and accuracy of sales data and metrics.
• Act as liaison between Sales, Finance, Legal, GTM Systems, and Engineering to resolve issues.
• Use AI tools (Claude and Serval) for research, drafting, analysis, while ensuring output accuracy.
