Huntress, a remote-first cybersecurity company, is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to support SDRs, AEs, CAMs, Reseller Reps, and SEs by removing obstacles, improving workflows, and keeping data accurate across Sales, Finance, Legal, and GTM Systems. • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a related role supporting revenue-generating teams.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
• Experience with Salesforce and billing processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other reporting tools.
• Clear written and verbal communication, ability to manage competing priorities and keep stakeholders informed.
• Understanding of sales workflows and operations best practices, including reseller and distribution channels.
• Experience using AI tools like Claude and Serval to improve efficiency while safeguarding accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a frontline resource for the sales organization by answering questions, resolving issues, and keeping SDRs, AEs, CAMs, Reseller Reps, and SEs unblocked.
• Partner with RevOps leadership to identify operational bottlenecks and implement practical solutions.
• Document, maintain, and optimize sales operations workflows for clarity and efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce manual effort through tools and automation.
• Support monthly financial reconciliation, data auditing, and accuracy of sales data and performance metrics.
• Act as a liaison between Sales, Finance, Legal, GTM Systems, and Engineering to resolve issues.
• Utilize AI tools for research, drafting, analysis, and workflow support while ensuring output accuracy.
