Job summary

Samsara is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to scale systems and processes across our Enterprise team. You will partner with go-to-market leaders to optimize workflows, drive efficiency, and support growth toward a >$1B revenue milestone.

A strong emphasis on customer success, collaboration, and data-driven decision making will be essential. The role is remote for US candidates (excluding SF Bay Area, NYC, and DC metro areas).

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in a Sales Operations or growth/operations role in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to drive organizational change by leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent communication with AVP+ level leadership.
• Proficiency in Salesforce.com and the overall sales technology ecosystem.
• Strong organizational skills and business judgment for end-to-end projects.
• Experience in Lead to Cash processes and business workflows in sales.
• Experience rolling out new workflows for large sales organizations.
• Bachelor's degree or higher; MBA optional.
• Familiarity with Product Management and/or Six Sigma is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives to enable Enterprise Sales to spend more time in the field.
• Refine the process for intake and prioritization to minimize friction in the sales pipeline.
• Identify pain points for sales reps and develop solutions to improve day-to-day effectiveness.
• Work with internal teams to drive revenue and profitability for Enterprise customers.
• Tackle complex, strategic initiatives aligned with corporate goals.
• Champion Samsara’s principles as we scale globally and across offices.
