Qualifications

• 6–8 years in Sales Operations or related growth roles.
• Ability to manage cross-functional initiatives from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives to maximize field time.
• Refine intake and prioritization to reduce friction in the sales pipeline.
• Identify pain points and design process improvements.
• Coordinate across departments to drive revenue and profitability.
