Instructure is seeking a high-performing Revenue Operations Analyst to support our global Sales Operations function. You will build data-driven insights on bookings, pipeline health, and sales performance, partnering across Sales, Finance, and Revenue Operations to turn raw data into clear recommendations.

This remote role emphasizes SQL proficiency, dashboarding in Tableau, and leveraging AI tools to automate recurring tasks and improve productivity.

Qualifications

2+ years in Sales/Revenue Operations or related analytics roles.
Experience querying and reporting data in Salesforce; dashboards in Tableau or BI tools.
Understanding of B2B sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting metrics.
Experience with revenue tech platforms (Clari, Gong).

Responsibilities

Build and maintain SQL queries and reports tracking bookings, pipeline coverage, and conversion.
Analyze pipeline trends and support weekly forecasting with clean data.
Partner with regional and global teams to align definitions and reporting standards.
Develop templates for territory planning, account segmentation, and quota allocation.
Create capacity models to inform headcount and territory coverage decisions.
Translate business questions into structured analyses and leadership-ready answers.
Identify opportunities to automate recurring reports with AI where applicable.
