Qualifications

• 8+ years total sales experience.
• 4+ years sales management with measurable performance improvements.
• 2+ years managing a fully remote sales team.
• Experience overseeing 8–15+ direct reports or similar scope.
• Strong CRM, dashboards, and reporting discipline.
• Confident leader with high standards and clear accountability.
• Experience handling inbound leads, follow-ups, and upsells.
• Familiarity with AI tools for sales management.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coach a team of remote Account Managers to hit weekly and monthly targets.
• Drive daily execution: speed-to-lead, demos, follow-ups, CRM activity, pipeline movement, and offers.
• Review call recordings, transcripts, CRM notes, tasks, follow-ups, and performance reports.
• Run 1:1s, coaching sessions, pipeline reviews, and performance scorecards.
• Hold Account Managers accountable for missed follow-ups and low conversion.
• Coach the team on demos, objection handling, urgency, closing, and upsells.
• Address underperformance with warnings, coaching plans, and PIPs.
• Assist hiring by evaluating candidates and identifying top performers.
• Improve team output using AI tools, reporting, QA, and coaching insights.
