Qualifikationen

• 3–5+ years in inbound, consultative, inside, account-executive, or high-ticket sales roles.
• Proven ability to convert warm leads by phone and video.
• Experience qualifying prospects, conducting demonstrations, handling objections, following up, and closing.
• Strong spoken and written English.

• Respond promptly to inbound calls and inquiries.
• Learn about each prospect’s property, vacancy, timeline, challenges, and urgency.
• Clearly explain MoveSmart’s services, platform, pricing, and next steps.
• Schedule and confirm video demonstrations.
• Lead confident, on-camera platform demonstrations.
• Connect MoveSmart’s solution to the prospect’s leasing problem.
• Answer questions and address objections related to pricing, service, timing, technology, and trust.
• Ask qualified prospects to move forward.
• Follow up consistently with prospects who are still deciding.
• Guide new clients through the agreement and sign-up process.
• Maintain accurate CRM notes, lead stages, and follow-up tasks.
• Complete a clear handoff to the Account Manager.
