You’ll drive results without cold-calling on an EST-hours schedule.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in sales, 4+ years in remote sales leadership, and proven success managing 8–15+ reps, using CRM dashboards, and data-driven coaching.

Qualifications

• 8+ years total sales experience.
• 4+ years sales management with documented improvements.
• 2+ years managing a fully remote sales team.
• Experience leading 8–15+ direct reports.
• Strong CRM, dashboard, and reporting discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a remote Account Manager team to hit targets.
• Drive daily execution: speed-to-lead, demos, follow-ups, CRM activity.
• Review recordings, transcripts, CRM notes and performance reports.
• Conduct 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and scorecards.
• Ensure accountability for follow-ups, calling, and file movement.
