Job summary

MoveSmart Rentals is seeking an experienced Inbound Sales Consultant to engage with property owners and residential operators who already expressed interest in leasing services. This is a remote role aligned to Eastern Time and focuses on warm inbound leads rather than cold calls.

You will respond to inquiries, demonstrate our platform, address objections, and guide prospects through the sign-up process, ensuring accurate CRM notes and a smooth handoff to the Account Manager.

Qualifications

• Three to five+ years of full-time inbound, consultative sales experience.
• Proven ability to convert warm leads by phone and video.
• Experience qualifying prospects, conducting demonstrations, handling objections, and closing.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Excellent CRM, pipeline-management, documentation, and follow-up habits.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound calls and inquiries.
• Learn about each prospect’s property, vacancy, and timeline.
• Explain MoveSmart’s services, platform, and pricing clearly.
• Schedule and confirm video demonstrations.
• Lead platform demonstrations on camera and connect solutions to leasing problems.
• Address questions and objections on pricing, service, timing, technology, and trust.
• Guide new clients through agreement and sign-up process.
