• Weighs management ability over tenure; strong sales chops matter.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coach a remote/offshore sales team handling inbound leads and outbound follow-up.
• Determine agent headcount and structure to meet performance standards as volume changes.
• Build and sharpen scripts: objections, positioning, value, pain discovery.
• Set outreach cadence and follow-up discipline across CRM and calling/texting tools.
• Monitor calls/texts daily; coach 1:1 and drive continuous improvements.
• Own lead hygiene in the CRM; ensure proper logging and status tracking.
• Track team performance and funnel conversion; raise flags on risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing/product to improve lead quality and booking flow.
